RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At Zenvrya Limited, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


2. RETURN PERIOD

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we may no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.


3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided


4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • (Optional) Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns


6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation


7. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

  • Items marked as final sale


9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.


10. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer, or

  • Not collected / undeliverable

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct return and handling costs from the refund


11. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider
